| Pre-Training | 15-25 hours | Watching Supercuts training DVD’s and reviewing basic principles of hair cutting and customer service. This segment ensures you have a firm grasp on the basics and get the most out of your next phase of training. |
| Supercuts Hairstylist Academy | 40 Hours | Formal instruction, in a training center and is taught by our Art Directors. They teach Supercuts technique in cutting, product knowledge and customer service. |
| Post Training | 20+ hours |
After you return from the Hairstylist Academy, you are scheduled on the floor to work with customers. We will follow up, observe and help and support you as necessary. You are initially scheduled with management team member all the time so that you can feel comfortable asking questions. Learning never stops. |

SuperColor Training |
10 – 20 hours |
Review of SuperColor DVD’s, followed by formal instruction in a training center, taught by Art Directors. Focus on SuperColor principles, formulation, techniques. |

In-Salon Advanced Training |
3-4x per year |
In salon, one-on-one coaching from Art Directors. Learn new techniques, trends, tools and ask any technical questions. |

Annual Advanced Training |
1x per year |
Annual training, in Studio, with Art Directors. |
